The Leadership Advantage Program (LAP) is part of our Development Journey series. Development Journeys are process-based learning programs which last from several weeks to 1 year in duration. The unique benefits include measured, individualized, contextual, and periodic development. Participants get the opportunity to apply the learning in the workplace and measure both their development as well as the benefit to the organization. The objective of LAP is to enable a leader to create competitive advantage.
Research by The Center for Leadership Studies and Training Industry, Inc shows that one of the biggest challenges to leadership development is sustaining training impact. Moreover, 51 percent of the companies that are rated as ineffective at leadership development have been reported not to offer any leadership training at all.
Learning without impact in organizational settings is a waste of time, effort, and investment. The LAP, on the other hand, is designed for impact. LAP is a year-long program designed to develop leadership that helps people reach their potential. In addition to catering to the need for leadership training, LAP has been designed to register maximum impact, with sessions optimally spaced to enable learning and implementation.
Moreover, LAP is designed so that results are maximized using pre and post assessments such as 360-degree feedback tools and other evaluation techniques.

LAP will span 12 months and include 4 modules with Learning Transfer Sessions (LTS) after each module. The dates and locations of each module will be mutually decided. The program is suitable for Mid and Senior Level Leaders and will be customized to their individual development needs within the context of the client’s leadership framework.
